High Intensity Interval Training. Short and intense, this type of workout blasts fat, improves conditioning and keeps you burning calories long after your workout is over.
A type of HIIT Training broken down into 4 minute intervals. Great for quick get-it-done workouts. You may feel like your going to die, but you won't. Super effective and one of my favorites!
Some of example of these methods are using systems such as the TRX, RIP Trainer, kettlebells, battle ropes and body wieght workouts. MOVE YOUR BODY. All of these examples are shown in my video section here on my website and I am excited to share them with YOU!
FLEXIBLE DIETING. There is no such thing as "off limit foods". You do not have to eat only lettuce and chicken for the rest of your life, and that's good news.
I will teach you how to fit a variety of foods into your program to help you reach your goals and enjoy the process along the way. It will require you to THINK and WORK, but if you can do that, you WILL be SUCCESSFUL at this.
