Hey there! My name is Shana. I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and fitness model. I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade now helping women from all walks of life reach their fitness goals. From busy moms, to busy professionals, college students and everyone in between. No matter your fitness level or lifestyle, I can help you reach your goals!
My deep rooted desire to help women who struggle with yo-yo dieting and the roller coaster of emotions that comes with that stems from my own personal struggles with diet culture and up and down weight gain.
For years I did the typical low-calorie, low-carb methods (taught to me by my trainer at the time) to lean down and lose weight, so I know how bad that rebound sucks. It caused me to struggle with depression, anxiety, and self loathing for a long long time. I was always miserable and hungry and couldn't enjoy other aspects of my life, I was always stressing and feeling guilty about food! There were some season during those years that I couldn't fit into any of my clothes, even my sweats were too small. I finally made a decision to really learn how to get in shape and committed to figuring out a system that was truly sustainable. And I finally did!
